This consultation will assess your personal, medical, dietary, financial, geographical and religious circumstances. After all information is gathered, the coordinator will assess those needs and offer 2-3 communities that will be a good fit.

Coordination - With a thorough understanding of both what you are looking for and what is available, the placement navigator will contact the facilities that meet your specified criteria and will arrange for you to take a tour. The navigator will accompany you on the tour, if you desire, to make sure all of your questions get answered. You can also visit facilities at your own leisure and consult with us about the visit.

Preparation - Once you decide on the community for you, the navigator will guide you through the transition process. This includes gathering the necessary documentation for the community, assisting with completion, and working with the community on the move-in details.

Transition/Follow up - Artisan Senior Placement will make sure the selected community is ready for your arrival and the transition to senior living is smooth. Even after the move, we will remain in contact to address any issues and make sure the community is meeting your needs.

With Artisan Senior Placement, we will be with you from the initial consultation to the final placement decision.
